Communications

The Center for Employment & Economic Well-Being works to serve as a central source of information and resources relating to workforce engagement, share existing innovations, and develop new tools for engaging people in career pathways that lead to self-sufficiency and wellbeing. To do so, the CEEWB maintains an online resource library that members can use to access information about various topics related to workforce engagement. We also maintain a repository of innovative programs and practices being implemented at the state and local levels, so that human services agencies can learn from and be inspired by one another.

Resource Library

The Resource Library is a virtual database containing resources created by the CEEWB, as well as links to outside resources such as mainstream media articles and reports, research studies, policy and issue briefs, peer-reviewed articles, data sets, toolkits, and more related to workforce engagement issues. Resources are organized by topic.

Repository of Innovative Programs and Practices

The Repository of Innovative Programs and Practices is a hub where members can turn to learn from innovations being implemented in other states and localities across the nation. The repository contains brief descriptions of innovative, promising programs and practices, and information on how members can learn more and connect with the states and counties implementing them.

The Areas for Innovation Series

The CEEWB is building a community of practice with APHSA members, national policy makers, employers, researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to advance policy and program innovations in workforce engagement. To kick off the CEEWB's work, we have identified several areas of workforce engagement that present opportunities for new and budding innovations that will advance impactful workforce engagement efforts and help more workers move toward gainful employment, self-sufficiency, and health and wellbeing.
